This full year program is ideal for patients want a more personalized, high touch experience. It's for patients who are motivated to optimize their recovery with enhanced one-on-one Wellness Counseling and Physical Therapy and prefer concierge-level access to their surgical team. Patients get more intensive pre and post-op support that helps optimize long-term results so you can return to an active lifestyle with confidence

Our Executive Program Coordinator will assist in scheduling, make appointments with any outside MDs you may need to see for surgery clearance, explain and arrange for technology as needed and help with any travel needs you may have.

Each Executive Club Patient receives a personal Physician Assistant. You will have their cell number. They can call with any pre-op questions.Your PA will assist Dr. Stolarski in the OR for your surgery. Post-op you can call with any issue and get meds more quickly, You will follow up with your PA as well as Dr. Stolarski.

Our Wellness Director will schedule 10 pre and post-op coaching sessions at your convenience. She will partner with you to get you in maximum nutritional, physical and psychological shape before your surgery; tell you step by step what to expect on your surgery day and immediately afterward. She will take over after PT to help you formulate a wellness plan to get your life back and put you on a track to optimum health and longevity. 24-7 access to our online exercise club for a full year.

Our Physical Therapy Director will be your personal PT, visit you at home several times, monitor your healing, and gently get you up and walking and ready for out patient care.

During the coaching phase of your healing, you'll also have the services of our Sports & Activities PT Director who will meet you at your gym, tennis center, golf course or wherever, to coach you back into the sports and activities you love.

The team will monitor your progress for a full year and address any issues that may arise.

She works with physicians, to develop wellness lifestyle protocols, trains professional health practitioners and she has coached thousands of clients.
Dr. Alfred Mousa . Physical Therapy Director, is a renowned Doctor of Physical Therapy who has been practicing for over 30 years. For the past 20 years, Dr. Mousa has been serving the Sarasota area with outstanding care and integrity. He earned his doctorate of Physical Therapy at the Dominican University of New York. and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association . Dr. Mousa is an expert in orthopedic rehabilitation and has helped thousands of patients regain their physical potential.. Dr. Mousa is the founder and owner of A.B.E Rehabilitation, a physical therapy practice that proudly serves the Sarasota community.
Dr. Thomas Mousa, Sports & Activities PT Director is a doctor of physical therapy who serves the Sarasota community. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr.Mousa specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. He is a former varsity football star and a National Physique Committee competitive bodybuilding national qualifier. He won multiple 1st place trophies at the National Physique Committee Monsta Classic of 2020. Dr. Mousa’s knowledge of sports gives him an advantage when treating sports injuries. Dr. Thomas Mousa is committed to returning patients to the sport they love by emphasizing strength, and mobility, coordination


James Dellavecchia PA-C, MMS is a board-certified Physician Assistant to Dr. Stolarski both in the operating room and the medical office. James attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where he received his BS in Biology and Athletic Training. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a Masters in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant. James is a Florida native. He and his wife have two children and as a family they enjoy cruises and solving their way out of escape rooms all over Florida. James and his wife stay very busy with their daughters competitive cheerleading and their son’s travel baseball.
Don Roman is the Executive Coordinator for Dr. Stolarski's practice at KWOC and the SRQ Ortho Club Executive Wellness Program. Prior to joining Dr. Stolarski’s team, Don worked for over 20 years as the Media Assets and Outcomes Manager for a prestigious orthopaedic practice in Philadelphia, managing clinical data, drug and device studies, and intraoperative photography and video. He has produced both patient and continuing medical education materials for orthopaedics that have been seen worldwide. Don enjoys going to the beach with his wife Jennifer and their standard poodles, Cooper and Rocket, in Venice, FL.

Justin Russell PA-C, MMS is a Board-Certified Physician’s Assistant to Dr. Stolarski serving in the operating room and the office. Justin attended Augustana College where he received a BS in Biology. He continued his education at Nova Southeastern University where he graduated with a Masters in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant. Justin grew up in Spring Grove, IL and moved to Ft. Myers in 2016. Justin and his wife enjoy going to the beach, fishing and taking their two dogs to the park.

Jackie Levin PA-C, MPH is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant to Dr. Stolarski who also serves as the Clinical Research
Site Director for Gulfcoast Research Group of Sarasota. Jackie received a bachlors degree from Florida Atlantic University
and a Master in Public Health as a Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University. As the clinical research director Jackie has participated in over 120 clinical research trails including in-patient surgical research, out-patient studies focused on knee, hip , shoulder, wrist and foot pain. Her clinical research experience also includes new drugs, biologics and medical devices for chronic low back pain, post-operative pain, and prosthetic joint infection. In her off time she enjoys Florida sunsets with her husband, She loves spending time with are her daughter, son, grandchildren and her goldendoodle Dobby
Dr. Stolarski is an industry leader and developer of new approaches to joint replacement allowing quicker rehabilitation and shorter hospital stays. He continues to be instrumental in developing and implementing new technologies in joint replacement surgeries utilizing computer/image-guided and robotic joint replacement systems that greatly enhance the surgeon's precision. With over 25 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Stolarski has performed numerous successful surgeries, helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. He is committed to providing the highest level of care to each patient and ensuring a smooth recovery process.
